Request access from the End-User Dashboard
Users can search for and submit access requests for apps and resource collections directly from their End-User Dashboard. If you've enabled Unified requester experience they can also request access to resources managed by request types from their dashboard. Request types appear as tiles alongside apps and collections in the resource catalog.
The catalog supports fuzzy search, which means that closely matched text is included in the results. Users don't have to know exact names or terms when they're requesting access.

On the End-User Dashboard, click Request Access.

Request cancellations
Access Requests cancels a request if the user is suspended or deactivated, or if they're removed from the Access Requests web app. Requesters can also cancel a request if no action has been taken on it. A request expires if there's no activity in it for 60 days.
