- Okta provisions new users created in Okta in Toggl through an invitation flow.
- The email field is required.
- The default user role is member.
- Note: You can't deactivate users who haven't accepted their invite (
joined: false) until they accept it.
- Note: Toggl automatically sets the user's full name to the part of their email address before the @ symbol.
- To prevent 429 errors caused by API behavior, avoid provisioning users through groups.
|
| Push profile updates |

- You can update the Role parameter only when you enable Entitlement Management.
|
| Push user deactivation |
- Deactivating a user or disabling their access to the app in Okta deactivates their account in Toggl.
- Note: You can only deactivate users who have joined (
joined: true). You can't deactivate users who haven't accepted their invitation.
|
| Import new users |
- Okta only imports active user accounts from Toggl. Okta doesn't import invited users.
