Integrate Safety Culture with Okta

Enable provisioning for the Safety Culture app instance to integrate with Okta.

Before you begin

  • You have a Safety Culture account.
  • You have an API token for the Safety Culture service user or user.
  • You have the org ID of your Safety Culture account.
  • You have permission to manage apps in Okta.
  1. In the Admin Console, go to Applications > Applications.
  2. Click Browse App Catalog.
  3. Search for and select Safety Culture, and then click Add Integration.
  4. On the General Settings tab, enter an Application labeland your Organization ID.
  5. Click Next, and then click Done.
  6. Select the Provisioning tab, click Integration, and then click Configure API Integration.
  7. Select the Enable API Integration checkbox.
  8. Enter your API Token.
  9. Click Test API Credentials.
  10. When the authorization process is complete, click Save.
  11. Select To App under Settings. Click Edit, and then select the provisioning features that you want to enable.
  12. Click Save.
